Well. .you can't spot reduce.

But really what will do the trick is some cardio and nutrition. walking for an hour or running for a half our or riding the bike, swimming etc etc etc as long as you get cardio as often as you can hopefully 5 days or more a week at least 30 minutes hopefully 45

and then the diet, just dont eat stuff with fat unless they are healthy fats. drink skim milk avoid cheese and mayonaise. avoid fried foods and stuff like that. I mean once in a while is allright but the more you cut back on those things the faster youll get there

use this

and follow it to a tee and count every last calorie you take in for the day, just try and keep a running total in your head or something you can just round stuff off.

Good advice given by Rob Funk.

A good way to help the illusion of a small waist is shoulder development. I would recommend some lateral raises and some dumbell presses in the 8-12 rep. range to try and build a little deltoid/shoulder mass. It's very hard for most women to gain significant muscle mass, so don't worry about getting too big.

Best of luck Trendsetter.

i jus think that my shoulders are developed enough, i jus need a smaller waist line. i would work on my shoulders but i dont want to look like an athlete, i want to look like a woman. i hate to see woman with an athletic body ( sorry to Say). i love the smalll waist round hips jus enough ass, that sort of look.
